What is Monte Carmelo?
Monte Carmelo is the Education and Retreat Center managed by Christian Development Commision (CCD). It has all the basic service; water, light, telephone and sanitation systems. Currently the center offers high quality dining service, provided in a totally hygienic atmosphere by professional personnel whose greatest pleasure is to see our satisfied clients enjoying the food in our cozy natural paradise.

We have four cabins equipped with detachable bunk beds that can accommodate 215 people in bunk bed style or 100 people or less as individual beds in a Mountain Hotel style, according to the needs of the client. In addition we have a dining room, conference halls, recreation areas, a multipurpose sports area, kiosks, footpaths for long walks, a bonfire area, a park area and a beautiful pine forest with gardens in a 100% natural environment.
