A two-way educational experience. To contribute to the economic and social development at the local level and improve the quality of life of poor populations, and cooperation between institutions (national and international churches, local governments, CCD and other groups).

This program is the means by which CCD organizes national and international help, whether it be churches, governments, etc., with the purpose of helping the least developed regions of our country, Honduras. During 2005 we had the help of 486 people, from 31 groups. These people included Presbyterians, Interdenomination groups, Lutherans, Whitwerth College, Catholics, an Ecumenical Center, an International Residence, Disciples of Christ, Woodmont Christian, Indianapolis Protestant Church, New Community Project and others.

Currently we continue working on many projects in the different mancomunidades with new groups that are visiting us, or will visit us this year from institutions and government who for many years have cooperated as Strategic Allies of CCD.
